ABOUT OUR CHEFS - Tommy & Lio

Tommy was born and raised in China. He completed his chef training there, specialising in Chinese cuisine. Tommy has worked in several Chinese restaurants around Sydney since moving here with his family, and this is his debut in kosher.

Lio is a French chef classically trained in his home town of Paris. He grew up in a kosher home and has worked all around the world mastering several different cuisines. Together with Tommy they have created a beautiful flavour-filled menu for our Chinese pop up restaurant.

Our delicious all-you-can eat buffet includes:

  • Mongolian Lamb 
  • Black Bean Beef 
  • Honey Chicken 
  • Singapore Noodles (vegetarian)
  • Cantonese Fried Rice (vegetarian)
  • Stir Fried Mixed Vegies (vegetarian)


BOOKING OPTIONS

Two sittings: 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. 

 

COSTS  
  • $49 per person
  • $29 per child (Ages 2-12)
  • $120 VIP package 
    (dinner for two and a bottle of wine as a gift)
  • $600 Private Party 
    (dinner for 10 in private room with three bottles of wine as a gift)
