Booking your wedding with Nefesh

You will need to complete the following 6 steps to enable us to prepare all the documentation for your wedding day. These steps must be completed before we can confirm your wedding booking. 

  1. Read this introductory letter from Rabbi Moss.
     
  2. Complete and submit the Nefesh Wedding Booking Form.
     
  3. Complete, scan, and email our office the Australian Government Notice of Intended Marriage form.
     
  4. Scan and email our office the following identification documents for both parties: (a) Birth certificates; (b) Driver's licences; (c) any other relevant supporting documents (e.g. Notice of divorce, etc.)
     
  5. Complete and submit the Sydney Beth Din's Marriage Form.
     
  6. Register for our Marriage Preparation Course.
