Nadav Kahn is an Australian/Israeli musician, producer and song writer. Growing up on a Kibbutz before immigrating to Australia at the age of 14, Nadav's musical pallet was born out of Israeli folklore, eventually seeing him burst into the alternative rock/pop/folk world where he toured internationally in several bands. He has released 8 albums to date, and has been awarded an APRA music prize for song writing.
Whether he is singing in Hebrew, English or chanting Niggunim (melodies free of words), Nadav's music is accessible without being ordinary. There's an inherent universality to Nadav's songs, as he's not aiming to guide his listeners to his music, to his words, or to his lyrics - he's guiding them back to themselves.
Nadav will share both English and Hebrew songs that draw on his album Lev Shalem (A Whole Heart), an album of musical Kabbalah meditations inspired by sacred Kabbalistic texts and Hebrew prayers. These songs offer a direct invitation into the heart. www.nadav.com.au
